We have developed an entirely web-based solution to manage online communication with customers via a series of dynamically generated newsletter-based solutions. Each subscriber is given a user dashboard to send notifications, sales materials, bulletins, legislative documents, as well as single to multiple page messages using word documents and PDFs.

The software has built in automated drip systems to keep you in touch. By setting up the auto scheduler that employs a combination of preformatted letters and postcards specifically written for each category list e.g. prospects or clients. The automated system allows you to send out reminders for renewals, service or cue you to remember to perform certain actions.

The software lets you set up mailing groups, like clients, prospects, specific service organizations, HOA lists, Chambers of Commerce list groups and any other email contact you desire. To create and mail a newsletter it takes less than three minutes after you are acclimated to using the system. When you choose seven articles, the newsletter paginates to be a perfect four-page newsletter that can be emailed to your technical clients (clients w/emails) or send the last newsletter to your print shop where they can merge the addresses of your clients that do not have email and send those contacts a newsletter by regular mail. This is a complete system to communicate with all of your clients with not much other than a subscription required on your part.

Articles that are written and added by you as well as other subscribers in the system, the piece is archived into your repository of articles to be used whenever the opportunity arises. If you write an article and mark it private it is not shared with any other subscribers. However, if you write an expose that you allow other subscribers to use this will create the opportunity to get your business in front of other businesses that you would not otherwise have gotten into. Secondly, if you author the article and place your website in it as a hotlink, it will allow others to find you and help you make more sales. Finally, as the author of an article no one else can modify, change or alter your article except you the author.

We recommend for branding purposes that you customize your own standard header graphic layout (default) we have professionals on staff that can assist you very inexpensively, or you can use your graphics company and we can advise them as to the dimensions necessary to make it look professional.
