An extensive forms library is available through the My HR Software or the company can download their own personalized forms.
One of the strongest features of the My HR is that all employee forms and documentation can be housed in chronological order.
My HR Software has built in safeguards and email notifications from the first day of hire to the date of termination. For example: My HR notifies the user when an employee is eligible for employee benefits two weeks prior and then a final notice two days before eligibility. Even after termination, My HR will automatically send out COBRA and state continuation notifications.

The MY Hr Software site interacts with the powerful Microsoft SQL Server database on the back-end, and allows for fast and reliable interactions with the companies most important asset, its people. Designed as a state of the art web application, MY Hr Software is accessible from literally anywhere in the world via a standard Internet connection. As an added layer of protection, the system is backed up with additional off-site storage of your critical data in the event of an emergency.
