For example: My HR notifies the user when an employee is eligible for employee benefits two weeks prior and then a final notice two days before eligibility. Even after termination, My HR will automatically send out COBRA and state continuation notifications.

Designed as a state of the art web application, MY Hr Software is accessible from literally anywhere in the world via a standard Internet connection. The library currently has approximately 140 forms The library also has sample employee handbooks, buy & sell agreements, and offers the ability to purchase an incorporation packet to set up a business correctly. This includes articles of incorporation, operating agreements, minutes, bylaws, etc. The library is kept current annually by the Pearman Law firm.

Each of these tools helps initiate and monitor a series of events and processes that are typically performed by in-house Human Relations personnel.
